A high-performance electric screw station specially designed for the torque-controlled screwing of
plastic caps and closures with or without a tamper-proof ring, fragrance pumps, dosing pumps, droppers
etc.
Its interchangeable accessories allow you to screw all sizes of closures and vials/bottles quickly and
without tools.
Stable, easy to use and maintain, this electric screw station has a working area protected by infrared
sensors.
The force setting and screwing height can be adjusted gradually. In your formulae you can define the
name and batch number, adjust the various working axes (X, Y, Z) and the target torque, and view the
torque actually achieved. These data can be exported to a USB stick in .csv/Excel format.
Movement of the screw head is by linear guidance.
Use simply requires a 230V/50Hz power supply.
