Vacuum and inert gaz crimping station model CR-8000 :
The CR-8000 crimping robot allows pharmaceutical vials of all sizes (02R to 50R) to be crimped under vacuum and inert gas by carrying out repetitive tasks in a perfectly reproducible, smooth manner.
The robot has two vibrating bowl which supply the caps and stoppers. It has two designated trays: an entry area for placing vials without closures; and an exit area where vials are placed automatically with their stoppers and caps crimped after the vacuum and inert gas filling cycle and the crimping cycle.
A positioning cone places the vial in the vacuum and/or inert gas preparation area. A multi-purposetool attached to the end of the robotic arm grasps the cap and then the stopper, and proceeds to plug the vial by first creating a vacuum and filling that vacuum with an inert gas, and then placing the stopper before crimping. A specific program controls the various operations and manages the formulae (with or without cap and stopper placing, with or without vacuum and inert gas replacement etc.), which are fully adaptable to suit your requirements.
The program has three access levels for managing access rights: Operator, Maintenance, Engineer.
